      Pros

      CLA specializes in serving private businesses and values its employees. The work life balance is extremely flexible. Busy season does get very wearing on a person but after April 15th the job is a breeze. The leadership is great and the Company does have a great set of values.

      Cons

      The salaries are a bit low. You can find a higher salary with a few years public experience and then going private, and then worrying about chargeable hours is another con but that is going to happen with almost every public accounting firm.
