      Great place to work with understanding management. Flexibility but can be really busy during the spring and fall. Love it so far

      Busy season but that comes with the industry and any public firm that you work for. Nothing else to add besides that.

      Upbeat and friendly, cohesive work environment. The team I work with (wealth advisory) is extremely encouraging, forward thinking, team work oriented and goal focused, flexible - open to new ideas. I absolutely love my job (

      Cons

      Sharing my cubical with a different CLA department is challenging, but there are usually conference rooms available or my manager shares his office with me if I need to make any sensitive calls. So, I wish I had an office and more privacy, but that'll come with time. Not many cons to think of. Wish I was paid more, that's always a con.
