      Pros

      Great people, very challenging work, exposure to several industries, exposure to networking, growth, etc.

      Cons

      Excessive work hours, pay and benefits don't reflect work experience, value, and knowledge when compared to corporate. Some less than desirable client locations to stay overnight.

      Smaller firm than the big 4 offers more opportunity to meet people, get to know people, and enhance your personal career.

      Cons

      They are very tight spenders. Train on your own or using free or cheap resources. SANS is out of the question.
