      Opportunities to grow. Career Advancement. Learn new and exciting niches.

      Cons

      Too many mergers in such a short amount of time that the mission statement of "growth of our people, growth of our clients, all else follows" seemed to go by the wayside and became "growth of the bottom line", nothing else matters".

      Smaller firm than the big 4 offers more opportunity to meet people, get to know people, and enhance your personal career.

      Cons

      They are very tight spenders. Train on your own or using free or cheap resources. SANS is out of the question.
