great regular people work here and do good work!

Cons

the shareholders and management are multi-generation books of business and have forgot how to sell. They feed off the associates then have them bring in business and put it into their names and then fire them. They are horrible people. The HR team needs to be let go along with the majorty of the Executive Board.
