Pros

I cannot think of any pros for this company, horrible shifts, horrible and unprofessional managers, who occasionally screw people over. Management does not know the handbook rules so no pros working for this company. Also very horrible shifts and all they care about is sales sales sales.

Cons

They don't go by their own rules and the rules in the handbook. People are only after commissions rather than the security part of this part, which makes some employees very unprofessional. Management makes their own rules according to whatever they feel like.

Decent pay Great coworkers Fun interaction with people all over the world Cool technology Paid parking Honestly there is more cons than pro, but the job isn't horrendous just watch for the management

Management Long/Odd hours Communication Broken promises Unnecessarily long training Made up rules I could go on for days it's just management is the biggest issue and if hurts you directly

Pros

Innovative environment with great product, plenty of work to do, which drives accountability.

Cons

CEO is constantly distracted and makes quick judgments on employees, who then struggle to recover from that initial impression. Very 'clique-y' environment, where the CEO chooses who sits where based on personality. Terrible benefits and management is cheap when it comes to salary increases and bonuses. Management doesn't truly care about people. They do what is required so they are not sued, but there is no real 'caring' for the employees. They constantly bring in new people who work until they are burned out, and then they replace them, like mechanical pieces.
