Pros

Really smart people and opportunities to learn directly from them. Very cool product/services. Business growing by the day.

Cons

As with many modern tech companies it will require a lot of kool-aid drinking to really enjoy your time here. If you tend to live/breathe around your organization it will likely be a great experience, again not for everyone.

Pros

I met a bunch of great people at the NYC headquarters. You get to see how a small startup type company runs and is managed. You get to see projects come together and delivered to a final product which is very cool.

Cons

It is the corporate office, so there are a a few C level people in the office. For the most part everyone is nice, it just seems like everyone has to tiptoe around CEO and CFO. It also seems like if you're not bringing in money somehow your value to the company is under-appreciated. Also it seems like they are letting quite a few people go to restructure, which is understandable, but leaves employees thinking that the company will go bottom up soon.
