Complimentary membership for employees and great friendships to build with your colleagues.

Cons

In the amount of time that I have worked here, it seems like no one in ANY department is on the same page. They do not take harassment (all kinds) serious, it’s brushed over. Many general managers are greedy, HR does not help or work with you on any topics. If you go to HR or management about any issues, they will “take care” of the issue in your face but laugh at you behind your back.

The overwork you. The made me a specialist 2, I thought i was gonna get a higher pay but now it was more work but same pay, I have to take care of escalated phone calls and emails and pretend I was a manager. They literally said to me "pretend you're a manager" but never increase the pay. Terrible

Honestly, the free membership isn’t even worth it but it’s probably the only pro.

Cons

They don’t care about their employees. Don’t plan on taking vacations. Don’t plan on taking breaks. Don’t plan on having a full team to help you. What’s work/life balance? Make sure you don’t live in an expensive city because the pay is way below living means. No cost of living raises No raises at all. Unrealistic sales goals. No movement within the company, fully expect to see positions you applied to posted on indeed right after you interview. Communication is trash. They raised their prices for members but there’s no real benefit Don’t expect your upper management to help you when it’s busy.
