Worked with many talented, supportive teammates who genuinely cared about the work and the mission. Strong exposure to utility and energy efficiency programs, which helped build valuable program management experience. Flexible work environment, including remote work opportunities.
Cons
Limited job security. My position was eliminated, which was especially difficult as it occurred shortly after returning from maternity leave. Growth and advancement opportunities can feel uncertain depending on program funding.
