Pros
One of the only pros was the vacation time. It is a 'use it or lose it' policy, so your days do not roll over and you do not get paid out for them, should you get laid off or quit.
Cons
CLEAResult is not a place you want to work if you're looking to move up and grow. They offer continuing education for the very select few, but don't expect any more of that moving forward. If you wanted to go to a conference during that week that's relevant to your job, expect to pay for it yourself and/or use your vacation days. There is no room for advancement on most teams and if you are 'promoted' it's simply a title change with the same day to day responsibilities as the rest of your team. I've sadly experienced and seen workplace bullying toward myself and others throughout my time at the company. There are a select few in every office who are on a power trip and will do anything to make themselves look good. It all depends on who your manager is, but I would suggest seriously investigating that before signing on to work with CLEAResult. Yet another company that promises a 'really fun culture' in your interview. Great! ...Until you actually start and hear every other day that there isn't a budget for that. Or their favorite excuse, 'It's been a rough year but we hope it's better next year.' Toward the end of 2017, there were several people let go due to a large restructuring that management kept everyone in the dark about. You really never knew if you were going to walk into work that day and be fired, since the firings took place over a two month period. After this restructuring took place, you were almost the lucky one if you got let go, since the ones that are left are overworked, underpaid and left doing a job they didn't get hired for. If you're looking to apply for one of the open positions (not sure why there are positions still being posted since a whole slew of people were just let go), do your research. There is a reason there are 250 some reviews and the average is 2.5 stars - not good!
