      Pros

      Loved my teams and really felt like I was making a positive impact on the world with this work. There is a notable growth opportunity in the Energy Efficiency/Climate area of the workforce. There is a lot of work to do, so you are never bored.

      Cons

      Some of the systems are over process managed causing confusion and lots of work about work vs doing work. Leadership is not as transparent as desired, onboarding is a firehose, and siloing within teams can cause double work. Lots of contractors to manage costs/workloads, so departures may be sudden and not well communicated with work handed off.
