I almost feel bad for them that they work for greedy private equity. CR has a whole bunch of people wanting to change the world in the confines of only doing what is enormously profitable with extremely low amounts of money to put in to innovation. In terms of positions, If you don't fit in to a particular box, you are out. Those boxes can change quickly by upper management showing they can change the department to make an impact in some way. There is very little creativity from management on how to get the most out of talent.

I appreciated that it was a remote-first company and that I could complete my work without needing to work weekends.

Cons
