      Pros

      Mostly good people who care about and are interested in their work.

      Cons

      Some executives beat on adedication and loyalty drum then bail out with golden parachutes. Some individuals see management as the only way to advance their salary and are not well equipped for the role, and do a disservice to their staff, but this isn't unique to CLEAResult.
