      Couldn't pay me more to work there again

      Pros

      Good training and represented a good program. Some team members were fantastic.

      Cons

      Dishonest. We were instructed to defraud our program client and to falsify reports across state lines. I complained up to HR but they blew the whole thing off. Meanwhile, there was at least one rep who was faking reports and photos and was caught doing so. The client never knew, and this person was allowed to continue working. It was insulting to those of us who did our job ethically and morally every day.

      Great mission and progressive values

      Cons

      Onboarding of new employees is practically non existent. Adversarial relationships internally and externally. Minimal support from managers. Lack of communication. High turnover. Disappointed in lack of support. Covid layoffs created stress and distrust of leadership.
