Pros

Flexible Schedule, time off, sick pay, Holidays, and 401K. People I work closely with are amazing.

Cons

Merit increases are based off region profits, not performance of an employee (no profit, no increase). Bonuses are granted to only salary employees, hourly associates don't get any type of bonus. Training is a joke, watch a video and you are trained. Ask for something in HR or above your direct manager and you may get a response in a month - if you are lucky.

flexible company , team support , nice staff , fun to work ,

Cons

unstructured management , sensitive , lots of training with energy assessments by mass save that needs like a month , thy will use like 2 weeks to train

Pros

The company is blessed with high caliber and diverse talent and an extensive nationwide client base. CLEAResult has an opportunity to grow into a truly progressive industry leader in the energy efficiency consulting realm. The new CEO seems like a step in the right direction.

Cons

The company will only reach its potential if they drive a concerted effort to create a positive, cohesive organizational culture. Rapid growth based on private equity funding the acquisition of competitors created a perception and reality that no one was at the helm steering the ship - or thinking strategically how to integrate effectively. Consequently various practices and regions within the company were not rowing in the same direction. The environment of uncertainty this created, one where you don't know who has your back or where allegiances lie was like (to paraphrase a humorous saying) "the chaos will continue until morale improves".
