      Good about complying with today's standards of diversity and inclusion if you are under 40 years of age.

      Pros

      OK benefits, remote, company is working to make it's reputation better for those who want to work there.

      Cons

      Respect is stated as a core value, yet respect is not desired (especially toward contractors) and attempting to do so will get you fired. Communication was weak and difficult, not just language barrier, but it was incredibly difficult to understand how I could help or what was necessary and when I asked to join meetings so I could help I was reprimanded.
