Pros

In my tenure here, I have found that the working environment and people here are great. If I should need to work from home, leave early for an appointment, or am running late, a quick phone call or text message and there are no issues what-so-ever. I work with a great Team of managers and occasionally with upper management, who in my opinion are just as great. The management staff here are very concerned with an employees issues, health and welfare, and are very accommodating to an individuals needs. It is nice to work for an employer that make you feel like a member of the "Family".

Cons

None in my opinion. Help is always available for those who ask.

Pros

CMA is a stable and growing company doing some very interesting and relevant work. I like being able to determine and execute many of my own solutions to various business problems. I feel like my knowledge/experience are valued here, not to mention hard work. That said, it's not a place that requires massive amounts of overtime or encourages staying late just for the sake of staying late. Life/work balance is very important here, and the policies are quite pro-family. All in all, a great place to work.

Cons

Some of the other reviews mentioned a lack of policies and direction, and I can see that. But I also know that many steps have been taken in the past few years to address this issue. I've personally been given training opportunities every time I've asked (for example, conference attendance) over the past few years. I think there were just some growing pains as the company moved from a smaller, family-owned/run business to a more fully mature and comprehensive company. That said, self-motivated people will do better here than people that need to be told what to do every second.

Pros

CMA is full of positive energy. From the managers/PMs down to the head down developers, everyone seems to enjoy their job. I have been with CMA for 9 years. I started at an entry level position and have moved up to a management level.

Cons

I've read other Cons about CMA that speak about lack of promotions, etc. In my experience that is not the case. If you are a go-getter, you will be noticed and ultimately promoted.
