      Pros

      Remote when your job does not require being in person. Compensated for travel if your project requires me (out of state travel) Depending on project, potentially flexible with schedule and time off.

      Cons

      No yearly review/raises. Employee must take initiative and bring it up with their respective project lead/supervisor.

      Pros

      Good health benefits. Management is approachable and responsive. My salary was competitive and appropriate for the NYC economy. At the end of each year, they find ways to do something nice to show appreciation for their employees (i.e. a gift, extra cash, extra holidays, etc).
