      Great company

      Pros

      Pays well, great culture, they are very close knit and make you feel like family. We did group lunches for best crew based on their monthly performance in the steel making. Breakdowns, maintenance, etc.

      Cons

      No cons in my position. However I’m sure other employees may have some within their job descriptions.
