      Great company... toxic environment in the SC Rolling Mill.

      Pros

      CMC has excellent pay and benefits. Most of the veteran employees are great people.

      Cons

      New management in the rolling mill area is creating a toxic work environment. The focus has shifted to numbers and away from people.
