Pros

Very good environment, since it's small space you get to know everybody and the management team is really good and take care of you. They even celebrate your birthday baking a cake for you and gathering like a family.

Cons

Sometimes machines stopped working and we had to do cleaning, but at the same time it is a good thing cuz we get paid for it instead of being sent home.

Micromanaged Conflicting verbal direction, to meet Management needs at the moment. They will add more work to your responsible to get done and expect it in less hours, Company nolonger cares about people, only the bottom line of making money.
