Pros

Direct supervisors are good. Benefits are average.

Cons

Upper management are children of the higher up corporate management. "Family oriented company" but taken to the extreme by management being children of corporate mgt. These children have never had to do any labor type work or work with people at all in any labor or operations related type work. Born into their positions they know accounting from university but have no idea how operations work despite them knowing it all. This is a public company not a private one. If your related, your an idiot for not getting in on tha free ride. If not, your just another 5,000 of us listening to these children.

When I started with the company over 11 years ago they offered amazing benefits and the management was great. Company morale was fantastic and people genuinely enjoyed their jobs at CMC.

Cons

Towards the end of my employment benefits slowly decreased and upper management became distant.
