Overall a good company to work for, good benefits and lots of work.

Cons

As a safety manager too large of an area to cover for one safety man. Area to be covered West Texas which included 1 recycling yard and a construction store in El Paso, two recycling yards in Odessa, one recycling yard in Lubbock and a construction store and one construction store in Amarillo. Extensive amount of driving and lots of wear and tear on personal vehicle.

The company is s great place to work for. Not every location is the same but they are equal opportunity and stand by it.

Cons

I dint really have anything negative to say. Every company has their annoyance employee, they just need to write up employees that don't listen to managers.
