Good company, good benefits, time off. Bonus in September - based on business volume and personal productivity. Coworkers help each other to be more productive. Proprietary software programs help with job management.

Cons

High volume in a technical job and a lot of pressure to produce. CAD issues and procedures often interfere with workflow.

Horrible management, lying leadership. Horrendous company culture. Very red necky no diversity or honest leadership.

Weekly pay. That's all that's good

Cons

Corporate changes have left the employees with a worthless bonus structure. The 401k match is only 4.5%. Mandatory overtime to meet goals but no motivation from employees as pay and bonuses have only gotten worse. Looking for better employment.
