Great camaraderie! My Team was fairly new to the organization and had the hard task of paving their way into an established company. Everyone was always ready to help each other out and embodied the meaning of teamwork.

Cons

CMC is slowly becoming a company of acquisitions. While there are always transitional pains, CMC lacks the Team to bridge the gap that is detrimental in ensuring a successful acquisition
