Good schedule, good coworkers, decent pay.

Cons

Low chance for promotion unless your liked by upper management. Upper management also is not above lieing about you.

Pros

CMC is a great company that puts its money where it's mouth is for supporting employees. Family-focused work environment, hard working, and strong financial incentives and perks. Great professional development and promotion opportunities with a strong learning culture. I highly recommend working here if you can.

Cons

You have to be on board with the work culture here in order to succeed. Some positions can also be physically strenuous so may not be for everyone.
