      Schedule, and co workers are great

      Cons

      Work load can be to much at times. Management doesn’t communicate well with each other and with the employees.

      Pros

      Benefits like medical, dental, etc outstanding. No sick days though. Great work environment. The people are friendly mostly. Low drama. Strong business with high goals for acquisitions.

      Cons

      The pay. 18 year old kids are getting jobs at our pay scale. Time to put the billions cmc has to salaries instead of acquisitions. No advancement possible. No trainings. So close to being a great job. I hate to keep looking for more pay elsewhere when the company has so much going for it.

      Pay raises are difficult, politics will become evident over time, and the typical management complaints.
