Benefits are very good! Inexpensive health, 7% 401K match, $500 lifestyle benefit and so much more

Cons

Much more corporatized than it used to be which means that only "company" men are being promoted. If you are not a yes man you are going nowhere. Every memo is about our shareholders because that is what drives the company.
