Co-Workers are the only good thing about this company and why I stay!

*Management Micro Manages *Nothing done for employees *Human Resources shares information with Management so people are afraid to tell real feelings about company. *Worked here for 15+ years and when corporate took over it was nothing but negative! *You are just a number to them and truly not appreciated. *In 15 years of being here we’ve had 6 different Human Resource people come and go. *No growth in the company *No help to further career in education or knowledge.

Strong culture, takes care of the employees, good leadership team and employees. You appreciate all these things in an company even more when no longer working there.

Cons

Like any big company, lots of rules. Also work load can be demanding at times.
