7yThanks for sharing your feedback. We couldn’t agree with you more on the pros of working here. As for the con you mention, CME Group has offered a formal, company-wide work/life balance program for more than 10 years that includes policies for working remotely and flexible work arrangements. While there are certain roles that are not suited for work-from-home arrangements, the vast majority of roles at the company do qualify to participate in this program.
