      good compensation, benefits and vacation Challenging environment with good work / life balance for the most part You can learn a lot Great on resume

      Cons

      Pretty political and still has a very much "he or she are one of our people" type of situation for promotions It isn't CME Group's fault but the intense regulatory environment sometimes forces employees to do work that adds little value to the process or the organization but is done anyway because a regulator asked for it
