Compensation /promotions are skewed towards sales, who are the least knowledgeable of the products they sell . Salaries and bonuses are way below other financial firms. Random layoffs, for decades long employees, during record profitability years is unacceptable.

Perks for you if you are from a certain minority group. Almost all teams have that minority group, and I've seen people levelling up easier than others because of that. Their outsourcing business to India only makes things easier for you. But what comes with it is unfairness in the workplace and other issues I won't even talk about here. If you've ever worked with them, you know what I'm talking about. Another thing is that all the senior directors I've had a chance to work with are all hard to work with because it's very difficult for them to become an executive from that point on. And a lot of times that bites their own arses because they treat people so poorly.
