EZ Access to Products (so far). Given high priority when first came aboard.

Cons

High priority not so much. Credit plus is the only option and I don't care from them. Also, an underwriter wrote me and said we are NOT supposed to contact them directly. I think this is nonesense. If we could talk to them, the issues would be taken care of sooner rather that later/or by email, translation can be skewed.

Great people and great support. I see people that seem to care about their job and their coworkers.

Trying to always keep up with all the changes that comes with working in the mortgage business and IT seems to carry a big portion of that
