      Good company with a good culture

      Pros

      Only been at the company a couple months, but everything is going really well out the gate. Team members are great, good training, direction & just an all around positive culture experience thus far. I've been in the mortgage industry for a long time & CMG has always had a reputation of being a good place to work. So I guess I can back up that claim first hand now.

      Cons

      Nothing to harp on as a "con" at this time other than COVID-19, but I don't think that has any connection to CMG...

      Pros

      Everything has been positive and up beat in my time at CMG. I really appreciate how organized the on boarding process has been.

      Cons

      I really don't have any cons. I would suggest that the welcome package be sent to the employees home address instead of the branch. I never received my welcome package that was sent to the branch, but have received all items sent to my home.
