Pros
I have been in the mortgage industry for quite some time and have worked with several different mortgage companies over the years. CMG is definitely one of my favorite places that I have worked. My Divisional manager (Susan) is extremely supportive. She knows how to manage large pipelines and makes thing happen. They have a great CRM and marketing tools that are super easy to use. Love the support team - processors, underwriters, closers, funders, IT, marketing, Lock desk, condo desk, etc. Best of all is that I can actually talk to everyone of them directly. CMG has all the offerings of a Super big bank/mortgage lender but still maintains that family atmosphere.
Cons
I don’t really have any cons other than maybe hiring more people to assist with support team. I know they are working on that, but difficult to find people during a major refi boom.
