If you're related or a close friend of the owner, you'll be fine. Otherwise - good luck! Nepotism rules here. They love to say there is a strong company culture and yet nothing is ever done for the employees. There is no flexibility, no strong management or leadership skills, flip-flopping from one "priority" to the next, and nothing but egos. They claim everyone is treated like family and yet the holiday season is completely ignored, there are no team bonding activities, and you do the job of at least 3 people for the pay of maybe one. They hire people for their talent and turn them into robots who are just supposed to do what they are told.

Very political environment and indecisive in upper level management - People will have a couple to a few job hats with minimal pay and often had hours not paid for. There's no focus on your work always being interrupted by people who won't do their job and throw work over the fence. Deadlines are unreasonable and roles are abused. There are too many selfish people in this company for it to grow and too many one off exceptions for anything to scale out.
