There is something to be said about how this company supports their employees. The CEO Christopher George is an amazing leader in how he not only helps his employees but re assures the strength this company has. Being in a up and down market this company makes you feel secure and needed. This company is a high powered operating machine that always gets the job done. Almost everyone here can offer some type of helpful advice when trying to advance or learn a new process. Definitely worth checking this company out because it is a place I foresee myself working a long time.
Cons
Well being in San Ramon the commute is brutal in afternoon trying to get home or to work in the morning. However being that this is the case just about everywhere in the bay area it sure as heck beats the commute into SF that I did for two years. I will take thirty minutes in slow traffic than stopped traffic in the maze any day of the week.
