Pros
Chris and upper management really try to make this place a family. I've always felt they've succeeded in doing that. He's taken it quite literally too. A few years ago during a company lunch, Chris asked people to raise their hands if they have family that works at CMG and nearly half the room raised their hands.
Cons
There is a no head phone policy that doesn't really make sense to me. I think that, just like driving, you should be able to have one headphone in your ear.
