Pros
Although the atmosphere has changed at CMG Financial over the last couple of years with rapid growth, I love the people I work with, the people around me, I love what I do and I am a committed employee. I like coming to work every day. I believe that enjoying what you do and the people you work with play a huge part in your happiness at a company. I hope that this feeling can continue.
Cons
Needs to implement a solid pay structure, add monthly / yearly reviews, give raises... keep hard working employees and don't let them walk out the door. Give employees something to get motivated over... I love what I do but if I cant move up, I must move on. "Thank you"s are great.... but they do not pay the bills.
