no raises in last 3 years. no longer family oriented and becoming more corporate driven. management is becoming micro management. not the same environment it was which is very sad as it used to be a place you looked forward to coming to work every day

Good group of people to work with and Management is always accessible. Very supportive whether it be training, troubleshooting or problem solving with responsibilities.

Cons

You can find yourself in a rut with little opportunity for growth. No expectation for salary increases / reviews or bonuses at this time. Financial growth is best obtained by building on your experience and taking it elsewhere.
