Benefits package is fair in comparison to other Lending Institutions.

Cons

Middle and upper management are inexperienced. They need to hire managers with good people skills and previous business management experience. Middle management for Processors is useless and offers little help for Processors and Loan Officers. This company needs an overhaul.

do not go to CMG, i sent 5 of my loans while i was transitioning and they forgot about them and no one even cared, i don't know how anyone in the Las Vegas branch even has a job.
