      Pros

      Very supportive leadership and great onboarding experience. I've never felt like I was being gate kept and have been able to involve myself wherever my experience is of value and have never felt reservations about doing so. Team is very engaging and the business and technical needs are interesting and keep me engaged. Pay and benefits are good as well.

      Cons

      None that I've noticed so far. Everyone just seems to want to do the best they can and if they don't assume the same of others, I haven't seen it and would have by now.
