Had seasoned manager assist with inputting and closing first loans with CMG along with an assistant in the office, which I pay for.

Cons

My onboarding with CMG for the first 60 Days has been nonexistent. Clear, Byte, Marketing, Business Cards, etc. Has not been a good experience.

Not the best for operations side

Pros

CMG is a great place to work if you are on the sales side. They have innovative products and are a direct lender. They work hard to find a way get approvals when others cannot. They focus most of their time/energy/money on helping the sales staff succeed. They are growing where others are not.

Cons

CMG is not a great place to work if you are on the operations side. They see and treat you as replaceable and do not respect or value you. They do not give raises based on cost of living, performance or anything else for that matter. Don’t look here if you want to grow your career. I have been paid less each year I have worked here.

Wholesale channel gets ignored or even poached from retail side. Communication from top down is like a game of telephone.
