CMG is not a great place to work if you are on the operations side. They see and treat you as replaceable and do not respect or value you. They do not give raises based on cost of living, performance or anything else for that matter. Don’t look here if you want to grow your career. I have been paid less each year I have worked here.

Compensation embarrassingly low. Management is an embarrassment. Training? Non existent. Micromanagement? All day every day. There is an environment of bullying and harassment. Employees treated differently based on who they know or are related to. Different rules for different branches. No guidelines or procedures
