If you're the type to settle and fly under the radar, this is a good place to be. Department is ran by the hungry ones, and absent/no-shows are never reprimanded.

I've worked at lots of places and CMG is definitely one of the best cultures you will find. Other large companies like to force values down your throat and encourage leaders to constantly give feedback (which is like a seagull crapping on the employees when done too much). But CMG is not like this. It's a relaxed and human-like environment. For developers, there's less emphasis on being around during regular business hours and more emphasis on just getting the work done and doing a good job. I've only been with the company for 60 days, but so far I love it.
