Pros

One of the pros in working for the Energy Solutions division of CMTA are that you get to see a project all the way through. From the selection process, design phase, construction period, and post construction utility measurement and verification, an employee for the Energy Solutions gets to have a hand in each of those phases. This allows for a sense of fulfillment in seeing a project from start to finish.

Cons

One of the cons is that there isn't a fully developed onboarding process for new employees when they first start, however the culture around the office will not allow someone to be lost for long.
