Pros

There are great people here! Great co-workers, from all age groups. There are great managers, and there are terrible managers. The pay is good, the benefits are good.

Cons

There are a few terrible managers, but as long as they produce results, senior management does not seem to notice. Travel can be hard on families.

Great opportunities for travel and cool experiences (ie., go to sea with the Navy). Fabulous benefits (ie., unlimited sick leave, four weeks vacation) Face time with senior military leadership Very smart colleagues

Untrained management Shift to business development Flat structure means little opportunity for advancement Work is forward thinking, with little application to today's problems, which equals little job satisfaction beyond getting the next deliverable out the door Introverted colleagues
