Pros

Growth of an individual is not only limited to the technical aspect, but also will be an overall development. Scope of learning and exposure to the latest technologies is vast. You can very well see your contribution to the product finally, which gives the employee a lot of satisfaction. Pretty much everything else is cool, the management is friendly.

Cons

In my opinion, the cons that I felt in my journey with the company are not really the cons. So cool.

• Awesome people to work with, always ready to help, encouraging, and supporting in technical and personal aspects. • Great place to start a career. Had a great mentor to guide me. • HR does a phenomenal job, always approachable, and makes sure you have no concerns whatsoever. • Always surrounded by passionate people having the hunger to learn and explore. • Incessantly looking forward to new challenges at work.

Cons

So far in the short span that I have had here, I could not find anything that could describe having a negative impact.
