Pros

The Techwood campus is lovely.

Cons

Everyone at CNN—especially those who’ve been there the longest—needs a wake-up call. Stop behaving like all-knowing SVPs and VPs while your revenue shrinks and the brand you built collapses. Listen—really listen—to your junior staffers, your interns, and new associates. They understand how to reach younger audiences far better than a misguided vertical video strategy conceived by 40-year-olds ever will. Ask them tough questions, and give them the freedom to answer honestly. Remember, we are your future: the viewers and consumers who will either carry CNN forward or let it fade into irrelevance.

Pros

Nice office and some great people to work with.

Cons

Inexperienced and toxic leadership, constantly changing goals, no room for upward movement.
