Pros
The company has a great name. There are loads of employee development programs, meetings, and groups to become a part of. Lots of fun events that are good for morale. Networking opportunity is there, you get out what you put in to it. A great place to start out because the experience you get is really valuable and can translate well in interviews. benefits are good. mid level management is overall impressive and understands the need for work/life balance.
Cons
Upper management does not know what they are doing for the most part. The company is so big it can pretty much survive with subpar management. You cannot negotiate your salary, you take what your offered. Difficult to move upward unless you are willing to relocate.
